Risk

Through the application of a risk management process an organisation can identify those activities that have the greatest potential impact on their performance and determine the changes in policy and practice needed to manage or mitigate the identified risks. At AQUAS we have applied risk management principles across many facets of management processes to ensure that activities are planned and undertaken in an appropriate manner, with controls in place commensurate with the identified risks.

Risk management can be developed as stand-alone elements of the management process, however, we believe they are best applied as part of the planning and monitoring process associated with each identified activity of an organisation. AQUAS personnel are trained in effective Risk Management techniques such as those identified in AS 31000:2009 and can provide facilitation of risk management sessions as part of our general consulting activities.
