Over four years AQUAS has provided auditing services to support the construction activities in various areas of the Holcim Lynwood Quarry Project in Marulan NSW.
The latest audit AQUAS was engaged to conduct was a WHS audit of construction activities for the installation of plant and fixed structures such as crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors and other plant for the quarry.
The contractor was undertaking preliminary works which included setting up of concrete foundations, formwork, slabs, tunnels, etc. AQUAS job was to review the implementation of safety controls for all construction activities in a high risk environment, in accordance with the Contractor’s Safety Management Plan and legislative requirements.
