Leighton Boral Amey Joint Venture – SMC-RMS Integrated Management Systems

Management Systems

2014 - Current

A joint venture between Leighton Contractors Pty Limited, Boral Construction Materials and Amey has been selected by the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) New South Wales to deliver a seven-year road asset management contract servicing the Sydney South Zone valued at approximately $100 million per annum.

AQUAS conducted audits focusing on the development and documentation of the ICMS management plans and defined responsibilities. The ICMS provides the framework, systems, operation plans, processes and procedures to demonstrate to RMS that the service provider has the understanding, capacity and capability at all times to carry out the services safely and in accordance with the requirements of the SMC. It also allows RMS to understand how the service provider will achieve the performance of the services or otherwise fulfil its obligations under the SMC and ensure continual improvement over the duration of the SMC.
